Qualifications: Body Control Pilates Teacher
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It aims to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body.
Antonia has been a Pilates teacher since 2014. At The WOW Clinic, she likes to promote confidence and enjoyment of the body and its movement capability. She enjoys seeing the results of her classes and her clients improvement in their proprioception (body and joint positioning), coordination, suppleness and strength, enabling them to move as comfortably and freely as possible and live as fully as they are able.
Outside the classroom, Antonia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoys swimming, practicing Tai Chi and has started learning Lindy Hop.
