Healthy Backs Pilates

A class specifically for people with back or health issues helping to realign, strengthen and tone key muscle groups and mobilise the spine. The series of gentle exercises focus on correct alignment, together with breathing and centering (core muscle connection) to promote a stronger and more supple spine.

John is a Back4Good® Practitioner and has an exercise and sports background. He has worked with elite athletes over many years near Windsor and has been teaching Pilates for 17 years. John uses a variety of small equipment ranging from resistance bands, Pilates Power rings, stability balls, balance boards, soft balls, prickle stimulating balls and foam rollers to bring variety and challenge to his classes.
