Sunrise Yin Flow

Join Nicky for this early morning Yin flow. Yin yoga asks us to take it slowly and find balance in each of our postures. We take longer holds and deeper breaths as we look to open the body up and find space. Like a big Yoga hug, perfect for the early morning.
We will use a variety of props to support the body in each posture to allow it to open naturally, allowing you to relax in both mind and body. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed as you take on your day.

Suitable for all levels – especially those new to Yoga or limited in mobility as this is a largely floor based practice.
