TRE for Creative Flow. In this course you will learn how to use Tension Releasing Exercises to increase creativity and self-expression. The course will focus on using TRE to calm the nervous system, tone the vagus nerve (which creates the perfect state for creativity), and gently release tension from the jaw, eyes and throat – areas which can become ‘blocked’ and inhibit our self-expression.
