Yin and Vin Flow
Join Nicky for a midmorning balanced flow of Yin and Vinyasa. Starting slowly, we approach this practice from the Yin in us. Holding our first few poses to open up and find space in the body and the breath. We will then move into a Vinyasa flow style class, moving body and breath together, creating an internal heat which will fuel the rest of your day.
