Rosie Knight
MSci Sports Therapy – University of Chichester.
Rosie holds a Master’s degree in Sports Therapy, giving her a specialist skill set in diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating any musculoskeletal conditions, whether they are sports related or not.
Her methods include using a range of soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisations, taping and coaching strategies. Rosie has a particular interest in rehabilitation with a personalised approach, allowing her patients to move more efficiently and effectively to get the best out of their lifestyle.
Meaning that whether you have an interest in sports or not, her comprehensive knowledge of injuries and treatment modalities will get you feeling stronger and more equipped to tackling the day-to-day in ways you can understand.
As a keen sportswoman, Rosie has a wealth of experience in both amateur and professional levels of sport with her most recent role at the Ospreys Rugby Club, tending to the treatments and rehabilitation of some of the highest Welsh Rugby players.
Rosie is available at The WOW Clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
