Qualifications: Yoga Alliance and Teen Yoga Foundation
I came to yoga at a time in my life when I was incredibly stressed and had a number of injuries that just weren’t getting better. What started as 1 class a week became 2 and so on until I developed my daily yoga practice that gives me a tremendous amount of energy and sense of calm that is the perfect combination to carry me through the day. The strength and flexibility I developed helped to heal me physically and mentally and I haven’t looked back.
I completed my 200hr RYT training with Niki Perry and Brooke Hamblet at Blessed@theCowshed. I have also recently completed a 100hr Teen Yoga Teacher Training Course with Charlotta Martinus. Yoga is both preventative and restorative for the mind and body and I love sharing this with my students equipping them with tools to use not only on their yoga mat but also in daily life.
When I’m not on my yoga I am normally chasing around after my 2 boys or 3 dogs somewhere in the Sussex countryside!
