Personal Training (PT)
Personal Training offers one to one workout sessions with a trainer. Your trainer will assist you in developing a comprehensive fitness program to help you reach your fitness goals. Trainers also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments; and these are monitored throughout your training programme. Personal Trainers offer in-depth education and motivation needed to guide you towards lifetime fitness and often include general health and nutrition advice.
Every client is an individual and arrives with unique goals, experience and physical attributes. There is no one-size fits all solution. Clients receive training that suits their own needs and nobody else’s.
At the WOW Clinic our Personal Trainers offer 1:1 training or 2:1 with a friend or partner, which enables you to share the cost, train and motivate each other, whilst having dedicated individual fitness programmes.
