To ensure the smooth running of our clinic and to make sure we are available to all of our patients in the most efficient manner possible, we operate the following policy in relation to cancelled appointments:
- For appointments we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of changes or cancellations. Your appointment times have been reserved for you and we appreciate having adequate time should we need to reallocate the appointment.
- For cancellations and changes to appointments on a Monday we require notification before 16.00 on Friday.
- Changes or cancellations occurring with less than the notice time specified above will be charged at the rate of 100% of the appointment charge.
