Jack Holmes

Qualifications: (MOst) Osteopathy, Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma, Foundation Diploma in Western Acupuncture. Member of GOsC.

Jack holds a master’s degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy. He has a special interest, and has had success in treating common everyday lifestyle related conditions, such as low back pain, headaches, migraines and other musculoskeletal conditions. He uses a range of osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue and joint mobilisation, cranial techniques, and visceral manipulation, with a clinically efficient approach.

This knowledge and range of treatment modalities available, joined with his considerate approach to your care, allows Jack to efficiently assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of conditions in a way that is tailored to you – but most importantly, in a way that you can understand.

As a keen sportsman, Jack has played tennis at a high level for the past 10 years, giving him first-hand experience with health and nutrition, as well as the bodies biomechanics. This has led him to having a great insight into the mechanisms that are required for optimal health and comfort – and how to achieve them.

Coupled with this, Jack has amassed a wealth of experience of both sporting and exercise injuries over the last 10 years while working with people of all ages in coaching sport. Consequently, he has primary knowledge and experience of sports injuries.

Jack is available at the WOW clinic Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
