Kate can provide airway clearance exercises, breathing pattern re-education, relaxation, exercise guidance, pulmonary rehabilitation, mobility advice, oxygen recommendations and education. Kate believes the key to living well with a respiratory condition is about being pro-active rather than reactive in a crisis so uses her skills to empower, educate and promote self-management.

Kate has over 13 years’ experience working in the NHS and over the last 7 years, has developed specialist respiratory knowledge and advanced skills working across intensive care, inpatient wards, outpatients, pulmonary rehabilitation, home oxygen therapy and COVID discharge services. Alongside private practice, Kate is a Service Lead within the NHS.

Kate loves living in West Sussex and her other passions include drinking tea, cycling in the South Downs or being anywhere near the sea (only in it when it’s very warm!).
