Revitalise, Realign and Restore Pilates

This mind-body movement class will be predominately Qigong based and will incorporate some matwork exercises. Qigong is an ancient system of movements, standing postures, breath and awareness exercises that improve health, longevity and energy levels. This class utilises exercises, tools and techniques to calm and balance the nervous system, reducing stress and tension in body and mind. We will focus on improving posture, awareness and ease of movement, optimising function by reinvigorating the internal organs and circulatory system and enhancing well-being through balance and integration of body and mind.
