Helen MacDonald-Prideaux has been teaching Pilates for over 18 years; first qualifying in 2004 as a Stott Pilates instructor in both matwork and equipment training. Then in 2016, Helen took the opportunity to study a further comprehensive course with the Body Arts and Science Institute (BASI) and so deepening her knowledge of the Pilates repertoire to teach and inspire many others.
