Breathe and Release

Take a little time to breathe and release. In this class, you will be guided in grounded meditation, gentle movement, embodied breathwork and deep relaxation. We will create a safe, warm and inviting environment to drop and release anything you wish to let go of. We will invite you to move your breath and energy in an intentional, active and mindful way to re-balance your nervous system, connect to your inner wisdom and create a more expansive state of mind, body and spirit. It is recommended to bring a blanket and small pillow. No experience necessary, just an openness for the breathwork journey.
